COUNSELING SERVICES

Mental health counseling is a supportive, judgment-free space to understand what’s happening in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and to build skills for handling stress, pressure, and life’s challenges. Because mental health and performance go hand in hand, sessions often focus on both. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just wanting to level up mentally, counseling supports you in growing and thriving on and off the field.

TEAM & GROUP SERVICES

Team & group mental skills training sessions provide education, activities, and practical tools that enhance focus, confidence, motivation, communication, and resilience in shared performance environments. These sessions help teams develop a common language around mental skills, strengthen cohesion and trust, facilitate accountability, and improve consistency under pressure.

By learning and practicing skills together, groups can translate mental skills into daily practice and competition. Sessions topics can focus any mental performance or mental health topic tailored specifically for each team/group.


SPEAKING EVENTS

Available to teams, organizations, and other group settings for speaking events on mental health and/or mental performance topics. Ideal for athletic or corporate education and team-building experiences, conferences, coach clinics, and camps. Keynotes, talks, and workshops are tailored to your group’s specific goals.
