Get to know Dr. Kraska

Dr. Kraska has been embedded inside elite collegiate athletics departments at Georgia Tech, University of Arizona, Washington State University, and Arizona State University, providing mental health and performance services to student-athletes competing at the highest collegiate level. She knows the culture, the pressure, and the psychology of high performance from the inside.

Before any of that, she was a college athlete herself. Soccer team captain at two schools. Saddleback College and California Lutheran University. She understands what it takes to compete because she has done it.

Dr. Kraska earned her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from California Lutheran University, where she specialized in working with athletes throughout her training. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at Arizona State University's Counseling Services and her postdoctoral fellowship at Washington State University Athletics, serving as the lead provider for the entire athletics department.

Now in private practice in her hometown of Atlanta, Dr. Kraska brings that same level of specialized expertise to individual athletes, teams, and high performers ready to close the gap between where they are and where they know they can be.
